A Washington D.C. based, Private Equity backed $20M SaaS company was on the verge of explosive growth and needed a CFO to take the financial infrastructure to the next level and prepare the company for a large and likely last fundraise before going public. They needed someone who had experience in a fast growing SaaS company, with the outside financial community, and ideally with M&A or IPO experience. Lastly, they needed someone as soon as possible.
