The company was growing rapidly and the CEO needed a “number two” with strong operational experience to help him scale the operations to keep pace with the company’s growth. The location was not in a major urban center and not in a technology hotbed, so attracting talent to the location was going to be a challenge.

We focused on very strong operators who had experience scaling operations and making sure the processes and procedures were tight in a growing SaaS company. We started looking in the Midwest, but quickly spread the search nationally. Relocation to the company HQ was a must.
